Orders & Collections

How can I order a ROLIN & ORIN gown?

You can order selected gowns directly through our online store. For private couture, made-to-measure or special requests, please contact the atelier before placing your order.

Are all gowns ready to ship?

Some pieces may be available in selected sizes, while others require atelier confirmation. If you need a gown for a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Can I request a gown that is not listed online?

Yes. Private requests can be reviewed by the atelier. You may send inspiration, desired color, silhouette, measurements and occasion date.

Made to Measure & Private Atelier

Do you offer made-to-measure gowns?

Yes. ROLIN & ORIN offers private made-to-measure requests for clients who want a gown created around their body, occasion and personal vision.

What measurements do I need?

Usually we need height, bust, waist, hips, shoulder, arm length and desired dress length. For more detailed pieces, the atelier may request additional measurements.

Can I send inspiration photos?

Yes. Inspiration photos help us understand your desired silhouette, mood, fabric direction and level of detail.

How long does a custom gown take?

Timing depends on the design, detail level, availability and fitting requirements. Please contact us with your occasion date so the atelier can review what is possible.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Please compare your measurements with the product size information. For gowns, we recommend choosing based on body measurements instead of only your usual clothing size.

What if I am between two sizes?

For fitted gowns, contact us before ordering. The atelier can guide you depending on the silhouette, fabric and your measurements.

Can the gown be adjusted after delivery?

Many gowns can be adjusted by a professional tailor, depending on the design and construction. For important occasions, we recommend planning enough time for final adjustments.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes. Wholesale inquiries are available for selected boutiques, bridal stores, showrooms, stylists and international partners.

How can I apply for wholesale access?

Where do you ship?

ROLIN & ORIN can review national and international delivery requests. Availability, timing and shipping details may depend on the gown and destination.

Can I order for a specific event date?

Yes, but please contact us before ordering. We need to review your occasion date, location and the gown you are interested in.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, details will be shared after dispatch. For private or custom gowns, communication may be handled personally by the atelier.

Can I return a gown?

Return eligibility depends on the product type and condition. Custom, altered, made-to-measure or specially requested pieces may not be eligible for standard returns. Please review the return policy before ordering.

Are custom gowns returnable?

Custom and made-to-measure gowns are created specifically for the client and are usually not treated like standard ready-to-wear items.

How should I care for my gown?

We recommend professional garment care. Store the gown carefully, avoid pressure on delicate details and follow any atelier care guidance provided with your piece.
